JRA & Associates Contracting, LLC, was formed in 2007 by Joy Anderson, the company’s sole proprietor and company President, to become a leading female minority owned construction firm in the Washington Metropolitan Area, and to pursue mechanical contracting, general contracting, construction management, and tenant fit out opportunities in the federal, state, and commercial markets.

Joy has in excess of 23 years of experience in the construction industry, 16 of those years as an estimator and project manager.
